Deletes stock documents and linked rows for a selected branch and department, or all departments when needed.

Danger: This permanently removes stock documents for the selected scope. It also clears linked rows that would otherwise block the delete.
What this removes
  • Purchase orders and PO items
  • GRNs, GRN items, and GRN returns
  • Open stock headers, items, and returns
  • Department transfers and transfer request/issue rows
  • Stock and price adjustments, expiry updates, and related ledgers
  • Linked billing and dispensing rows needed to clear stock safely
Scope

Choose the branch and department to clear. You can also run it across all branches or all departments when needed.
